Scrutexity provides business inquiry review, AI visibility receipts, and demand recovery workflow analysis for clinics. This site is intended for clinic owners, operators, and business teams.

Scrutexity website forms are for business contact and clinic workflow review only. Do not submit protected health information (PHI), patient names, medical histories, appointment details tied to a patient, photos, or clinical records.
Information We Collect
We may collect business contact details you submit, such as your name, clinic name, email address, phone number, website, location, treatment focus, and workflow context you choose to provide.
We may use privacy-friendly analytics that do not identify individual visitors to measure traffic and improve our user interface.
How We Use Information
We use submitted information to review your request, prepare business-level diagnostic notes, schedule follow-up, and improve Scrutexity services. We do not use website forms for clinical care, medical advice, patient support, or emergency communication.
AI-Assisted Review
Scrutexity may use AI-assisted tools to organize business-level inputs and draft visibility or workflow observations. Human review is required before client-facing recommendations are treated as final.
PHI and Sensitive Data
Scrutexity forms are designed for PHI-minimizing intake. If patient information is submitted in error, stop submitting and email nick@scrutexity.com. We will delete the submission and confirm.
Sharing and Subprocessors
We do not sell submitted business contact information. We may use service providers for hosting, email, analytics, or operations where needed to run the business, such as our website host, Formspree/Tally for form intake, and email providers. A current list of subprocessors is available on request.
Children's Data
This site is not directed to children under 13.
Retention
We retain business inquiry information only as long as reasonably needed for review, follow-up, operations, legal, or security purposes. You may request deletion of business contact information by emailing nick@scrutexity.com.
