Client Responsibilities
Clinics remain responsible for clinical judgment, patient communication, advertising claims, regulatory compliance, privacy obligations, staff training, counsel review of any workflow changes, and final approval of any patient-facing communication.
Intellectual Property
Receipts, diagnostics, frameworks, and site content are Scrutexity property. Clients receive a non-exclusive license to use deliverables for their own clinic's operations.
Acceptable Use
Do not scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to access non-public Scrutexity systems.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scrutexity is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or lost-profits damages arising from use of this site or its materials. Total liability for any direct claim is limited to fees paid to Scrutexity in the prior three months, or $100, whichever is greater.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Subject to applicable law, disputes will be resolved in New York County, New York.
